2. Non-Returnable Items

Items without original packaging, missing accessories, or tampered serial numbers.
Personal care appliances, such as electric shavers, due to hygiene reasons.

Return the Product – Ship or bring the item to our store at Shop No. F-27/F-28, First Floor, Sohaib Plaza, Bara Market, Liaqat Road, Rawalpindi. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Processing – Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, as per customer preference.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
